Greg Hammerschmidt

 Accounting and Business Administration-Greg handles the admistrative and accounting functions of the company for the properties that are managed.  He is a graduate of Wittenburg University with a BS in Business Admisitration.

Steve Hammerschmidt

Leasing and Business Development-Steve handles all Leasing and lease negotiations for the company along with lease, site and business development.  He is a graduate of Michigan State  University with a BS in Construction Management with an emphasis in architecture.

General Property Manager and  Finance Manager-Chris handles the day-to-day property management.  He is a graduate of Bowling Green State University with a BS in Construction Management with an empahsis in construction technology.
